Overall I enjoyed my stay. Clean quiet room and the staff was friendly. My issue is having to pay for parking if you’re not a member (if it were a covered garage I would understand) and the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast, not even coffee.
Front desk staff were very friendly, and made the check in process smooth and easy. The pool was down, but they informed us we could use the pool at the Embassy Suites right next door.

I’m going to start by saying that I was traveling with my husband and our 24-year- old special needs son. He is living with Angelman Syndrome. When we arrived, we went to the counter to check in. This is the first time in 24 years that I / we have been asked about accommodations for our son. She welcomed me as a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and proceeded to ask about what would be best for us. Room near elevator or middle of hallway…. Walk in shower? Rails? Etc. I was blown away and so grateful. I think her name was Candy. It would have been 5-6pm on Aug. 3. She made sure he also received a bottle of water, too. Most people typically ignore him because they don’t know how to react around people that are different. She was inclusive and that is why this gets 5 stars. Pros: 🚂 Big, nice hotel with lovely entrance and large parking lot. 🚂 very clean. The entire place. Lobby, elevator, hallways and room! 🚂 Bonvoy goodie bag with Cheetos and gummies bears. Also had a welcome letter. Gummy bears are on of our son’s favorites. 🚂 nice sized room. 🚂 fan in bathroom (I’m a fan of that) 🚂 the food and coffee was good! 🚂 candy clearly walked us through steps to validate parking. If staying at hotel, you don’t pay. 🚂 microwave and fridge! 🚂 great places to eat nearby 🚂 right off 80 🚂 heated indoor pool Room for growth or improvement 🌽 the towels are getting a little dingy and worn. And that’s it. We were so impressed we will likely stay when we head back in five days. Thank you for the customer service and nice place to stay. It was our oasis. 🌽

I have stayed here before. Clean hotel and good location. There are food options within walking distance. Bad part is it’s connected to another hotel that has a conference center. If there is an event there might be a lot of people around. I would stay here again.
USThis was a nice hotel. It’s not overly crowded which is a plus. Only thing is the water is a bit hard
