The bed was very comfortable, maid staff was amazing, the 3rd hotel front desk person was amazing allowing us to remote check in to hold our room as we were arriving at 6am the next morning.

The TV didn't work right, the volume wouldn't turn up. We were backed up to an apartment building and the kids were at our window all weekend. The breakfast was the same food every day serving only eggs, sausages, hard waffles, yogurt, bananas, oranges, bagel, English muffins, and limited adult cereal, the options never changed! Everything got cold very fast and needed reheating once it was on the plate. We were charged a 20.00 per night deposit that was never told to us beforehand.

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the festival and bands we were seeing. The room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to get to. There was also a lot of things around like a Walmart and sheetz and many other restaurants.

The elevator kept not working and the breakfast options could have been better
