Was upset that pool was closed down. And breakfast wasnt the best but it was a nice hotel

The gentleman Toby was very very friendly and efficient. He understood that I had a special need and he did his very best to accommodate me and my family.

Tony was a delight when we checked in! He answered all of our questions and was such a pleasure. Our room was pretty clean and the cleaning staff were nice as we walked around the hotel in the morning.

We were able to get a room and overall it was nice

I booked a room here through booking.com app only to arrive very late at night only to be told that they did not show any reservations and they have had others have this happen to them using booking.com. This is very frustrating and luckily we were able to get a room and pay again.

overall cleanliness good. front desk very helpful. The only negative is that the noise from neighboring room was easily heard through wall. Could hear TV, and person next door clearly which I normally do not hear when staying at other hotels.
