"Great place to stay for a Catalina island day trip!"

The manager at the front desk was great. He offered to buy us our first 2 drinks that night at the bar because we had patiently waited while he helped a woman who had arrived at the wrong Hyatt. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was much nicer than I expected. There were many shops and the area was very walkable. Food venders at night along the long beach strip were present. Area lively but not too crowded. We walked to the ferry in 10 minutes to Catalina island. Highly recommend this hotel and long beach area.

"Worth trying"

This is a wonderful hotel with a fun vibe and great people. The hotel is modern, with a fresh look in a fun area. It is clean and the staff are just exceptional-especially Makenna and Chris-who were there for anything we needed. So ready and willing to be of any kind of help. They made it a personal experience that made us want to come back. Great location-close to Shoreline Village and in the middle of the outlet center. Great place.
