Love the Andaz hotel, clean rooms, friendly stuff and great location.

Noisy and expensive hotel My wife and I visited Napa for the first time and we chose this Hyatt hotel located in downtown Napa. The rate was quite expensive but we thought the Hyatt’s standard would be sufficient to ensure that our accommodation expectations would be met… We were wrong! All the hotel rooms have a big noise problem… the air conditioning units are so loud that they can be heard from a block away. At first we thought it would be a problem with our room and asked to change it, only to find out that the condition of the new unit was worse than the first one… It was then clear that the problem was in the entire hotel, which also did not seem to be in the best maintenance condition in general… Breakfast deserves a whole other chapter to discuss… in a word: “avoidable”, The goodwill of the staff is appreciated, but the hotel in general is really far from offering good value for money… My recommendation: avoid it

We emailed the hotel one day before our stay, asking for a quiet room on the top floor. The hotel (Keith) responded back quickly, we were upgraded to a Junior suite on the top floor! We were again pleasantly surprised when we went to our room - there was a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us for our celebration. This is a beautiful, well maintained hotel in the heart of Napa. The hotel staff we met was warm, courteous and professional.

Welcome wine and bottled water in a cute reusable wine bag. Clean and spacious room. Loved the spacious shower.

Great location, nice rooms, good value.

Convenient location with acces to downtown Napa and the river. The restaurant has delicious food and a variety of healthy juices and yummy cocktails. Wervice is friendly and the premises pristine

The room we had was immediately on a public patio outside, with windows that looked out to where guests could gather for food/drinks. The staff assured us the windows were mirrored, however it was quite unsettling to look out a window of our private room onto a patio with strangers. We asked for a change of room but were denied. We also woke up on Saturday morning to the sound of trash/dumpsters around 7:30 AM. We were on the 2nd floor in a junior suite!

Top notch location rich in the center of downtown Napa. We had a corner room with a separate sitting area. Shower was spacious, bed was super comfy and breakfast each morning was top notch with impeccable service. Passed my rule that all drains must not hold water. Always people in the lobby tasting wines or just generally socializing. Valet parking was quick and efficient, even finding the phone I'd left in my car one afternoon.
