"Quiet and clean"

The hotel was clean and quiet. For the most part it was a great stay. Only two minor inconveniences. One the pool was way too cold so all the kids were playing in the hot tub which made it difficult to use. The other was the bed was pretty firm. This may be great for some people but if you need a soft bed this is not the most comfortable. It was okay for one night but if I was staying longer I wouldn’t be able to handle it.

"Great place to stay!"

They have an EV charger! When you drive an electric vehicle you obsess about where you can charge your vehicle. We were driving from Mt Rushmore to home in Texas and Dumas was as far as we wanted to go for the day! Well, Hampton Inn had one!

Not enough coffee in the room. We asked but they were out 😞

"Nice place to stay as a break point of a long auto trip."

Pool Hot tub and sauna were nice. Indoors and clean.

Did not get adjacent rooms as requested. Noise was a factor but more a function of large family groups present. Small children and late night "car alarms". Sure wish hotels spent more on sound proofing materials during construction. Breakfast was adequate, not great but also not bad.

"Hampton Inn by Hilton"

Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean and in a safe location. The jacuzzi seemed a little soapy. We did enjoy using it. Breakfast was good as well.

"Good"

The Hotel in itself was very well maintained and clean with good reception. Listened to a dog bark all night nearly. Arrived and was charged for 2 rooms due to website saying there was an error with my card. Was told I would be reimbursed, but have yet to see that happen.
