"Great rest stop"

There were many ants in our room. The front desk moved us immediately but it was annoying and inconvenient bc I arrived with an exhausted kid and we had already changed into PJs and were sitting down to eat some dinner. The rooms were otherwise very clean, beds comfortable and noise level was very low despite the proximity to the airport. The hotel was clearly recently renovated, although somewhat shoddily as there was paint from the furniture on the walls etc.

Linens on bed didn’t smell good/clean. Breakfast okay. Eggs made from a powder? Staff at desk okay. Just doing their job. Not overly welcoming. Expensive for what it was.

Staff more pleasant. Linens fresh. Complimentary bottle of water. Freshlyvscrambled eggs
