This property is being used for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals... Neighbor's were partying till 3:30 am Called the office before that to get assistance..they were no help.. I will not go back to this property.
Worst place I have ever stayed! Room was dirty, I booked a non smoking room and it wreaked of smoke, the sheets had stains and there were cigarette burns in the sheets, the towels weren't folded, the bathroom door didn't close or lock, there were seedy looking people loitering late at night outside the room door, the staff was unhelpful and rude... I can't express how terrible this hotel is. Go somewhere else!

Relaxing Stay Room Just Needs A Deep Clean and Better Door Seals because bugs can enter due to old style construction.
Clean. Bed comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave. Couch for extra person. Also liked having 1 story, no stairs. Disliked not having any continental breakfast available for price 82 plus taxes 103$

The room was updated and clean. The hotel grounds were kept neat and clean. Some of the clientele seemed a little sketchy but everything was fine. I did have an issue where I accidentally booked at the Knights Inn in Punta Gorda by mistake. The Punta Gorda location would not allow me to move my stay to the Port Charlotte hotel so I lost that booking and had to pay for Friday twice. According to the Punta Gorda location this is a common occurrence and the Port Charlotte location never allows them to switch it so, they wouldn't.
Homeless people and prostitutes loud at night drug dealers
The room amenities were nice, but it could improve in cleaning. I found a big roach dead close to the bathroom and ants on the dresses. The bed was comfortable, but I couldn't sleep so well because the neighbors were too noisy, lots of teens from a football team. we could hear they talking, walking, shutting the doors.
Most staff I met were friendly and helpful. It is a quiet motel.The room is basic but nice. Overall this is a pleasant motel to stay at.
