The staff here was very friendly. The lady that checked us in and the lady at breakfast treated us like family. I will definitely stay here again. Plus they have Texas shaped waffles.

Location

Overpriced for what you got. Room, double Queen, was small. Shower head was terrible, no pressure. Soap dispensers were too high in shower. Breakfast ran out of fruit, milk, yogurt by 8 am.

"Exceptional"

Our trip to Tyler was derailed by weather damage. Our first night was in a terrible place, when internet was down an no booking engines were working. We moved back to Buffalo for night two so the three kids could swim and have a little fun. Hampton was clean, pleasant and relaxing. It was a stark contrast to our first night.

All good. My complaint is against Booking.com for not reserving the room I chose.

"I expected a greater experience because of the connection to the Hilton and the price but it was ok."

Breakfast and kitchen staff. First flor restroom was exceptionally clean. The young dark haired lady at front desk was friendly and helpful.

The room we had was dusty, needed to be vacuumed, steamed, and aired out. The room had an odor. The bedding was moist. The pool restroom was rusty and unbearable 😳 no soap

"Disappointed"

Generally I really like Hampton Inns, but was disappointed in this facility. Our room did not have the promised coffee pot, the pet fee was $75 which was above our previous experience, the room was cold(68 degrees)and needed 3 hours to reach a comfortable of 72, the reception staff were not very pleasant. Note there are no microwaves in the room
