Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast

Friendly owner, great breakfast, quiet, large rooms with a mini fridge

My husband and I planned a 3 day trip to Hot Springs just before Thanksgiving and stayed at Hilltop Manor. We were warmly greeted by the owner and found our accommodations were clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of sitting space, closet space, ample towels and the king bed was very comfy. Snacks and beverages were at our service 24/7 and every breakfast was a two-course meal with fruit, sweets and a savory entree. You have the choice of eating in your suite, outside or in the dining room. The exterior space of the manor is a nature lover’s dream having an outdoor fireplace and plenty of seating under a sycamore tree. There is also a bench swing on the property and a great lawn perfect for games. I especially enjoyed sitting on the large front porch birdwatching!

We spent our honeymoon in the Magnolia suite. The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The chef was amazing. We had two fantastic breakfasts. You could tell she loves what she does and it shows in the food with both taste and presentation. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Very nice b&b, quite old and kept up. Comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Convenient to downtown, but out away from traffic and noise. Fabulous breakfast. Nice people. Would recommend.

Is amazing

Convenient location with private parking right outside the manor. The B&B is a large stone frame manor house from the 1890’s. The property was beautiful with gardens and a large lawn. The host family were very friendly and helpful. They showed us their fruit and vegetable gardens and explained their goal of being a farm-to-table B&B. The décor was period to the house and included the guest rooms. Our lovely room included a 2-person jetted tub beside a stone fireplace (gas). The room was very well appointed, the hosts thought of everything. Breakfast was prepared by a gourmet chef and was absolutely amazing. We had our choice of having breakfast on the front porch, the dining room or in our room. We chose the dining room.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though there is highway of busy traffic, it somehow was still peaceful and calm. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Incredibly clean. Breakfast was great and accommodating. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.

The facility was wonderful; the staff were great; the area was beautiful; we had a lot of fun sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and had a great time. The breakfasts were outstanding in every way. We may return in the future.

So wonderful to experience the peace, serenity and tranquility of this place. The breakfast by April and her assistant Fransesca was so tasty and filling with a flair!
