Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast

The 2 course breakfast was amazing

The Hilltop Manor was very nice accommodation. We enjoyed the outdoors around the facility. Covered front porch along with a large patio with large wood fireplace was exceptionally nice.

Wonderful breakfast and a nice, private property with very easy check-in and check-out. A bit far from the downtown area.

We traveled to Hot Springs as part of our road trip to explore Arkansas. Hilltop Manor is located just a few miles north of downtown Hot Springs. The building is well maintained with nice landscaping. We had a late arrival but everything was ready for us and easy to find with the instructions provided to us. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The linens and beddings are super high quality. After a restful night, we woke up to the quiet and peaceful setting of the backyard facing the national forest. As we walked around the property, we met Harry and had a lovely conversation about the property and its history. Our breakfast was delicious and was made fresh by April. During our 2 night stay, we had an issue with the hot water in the shower and Harry promptly offered to move us to another room. We didn't want the hassle of moving all our things just for one night so we asked if we can use the shower in the other room and it was no problem at all. Harry and Meenu did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the property and had a relaxing time while there. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

One of my favorite places in Hot Springs have stayed many times over last 15 years Looks like it just switched ownership or at least management. Place still same breakfast was mediocre at best time. I am sure they will find their way and they make the transition. But when paying for upscale B and B a fried egg, piece of fried ham and toast is not what most people would expect from breakfast. One of great benefits at least for me in choosing B and B's over hotels is the usual wonderful breakfast that come as part of it all. Again I am sure they will find there way. Will be there again soon I am sure and will hope they have.

We enjoyed the heck out of our stay!! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, Sat-Tues, the breakfast was incredible every single morning, very accommodating for time, and dining place! The snacks and coffee bar were always stocked up, which definitely came in handy!! And each night we looked foward to a nice relaxing shower or soak in the jacuzzi before hitting the hay! The bed and pillows are very comfy, I slept like a baby until the smell of coffee woke me up each morning lol. Also, the scenery in the grounds is just absolutely beautiful! We don't travel much but, my oh my, it was more perfect than I could have dreamt.

Very charming nice place

Incredibly beautiful house and lot! Very peaceful, very quiet, flowers were in bloom. The room was well furnished and not cluttered. Coffee and snacks were appreciated and accessible. Great history of this house. Hosts were very friendly with genuine smiles willing to communicate without being overbearing but accommodating. Breakfast was both visually pleasing and tasty, different each day off our stay so kudos to Ms April as well! We base everything on if we would stay again or eat again and a big thumbs up on both! Thanks so much for everything and hope to meet again

Everything about the Inn is perfect, down to the minutiae of toiletries. Each room is comfortable and beautifully appointed. The inside is gorgeous, as are the grounds. There are lots of fireplaces everywhere for relaxing. The food is great. The staff is friendly. But perhaps my favorite thing about our visit would be the Innkeepers themselves - it would be tough to find a kinder, warmer, more empathetic group. Highest praise.

Comfortable. Spacious room. Nice property. Need to drive for dining options (except breakfast).
