"Amazing!"

The room was huge! The bed incredibly comfortable (which is rare in Japan, I have found). Local shopping just a 10 minute walk away and the bus lines 2 minutes away take you to all the sites. Subway 10 minutes away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

"Quick stay during Cherry Blossom season"

Great breakfast options. Like that they order the night before and have a table ready for you in the dining room. My room was large and had a couch, TV, king bed, and a nice bathroom. I would stay again.

"Exceptional"

The room was beautiful! Like a suite in the clouds. Very quiet. Lovely large tub for a soak. Everything spotless, with thoughtful amenities. And the bed was the best mattress I've slept on, ever. And I am a picky sleeper. The staff was very helpful and communicative. The single only issue was that they had only one plug outlet for the room. Luckily we had an extension cord! We will definitely return and will recommend.

"Beautifully modern hotel with friendly staff"

I loved this hotel: great sized room, great location and very stylish. The staff of course were very polite, friendly and helpful. A few particular nice touches to note: a room upgrade, a complimentary arrival drink and free nespresso coffee and room snacks. The only very minor thing which could make a small improvement to the already excellent facilities would have been a complimentary smart phone you can take out and about which we got a some other accommodations and really helps you get about. If we had more time we would have liked to have had the spa treatments!

This hotel was great. It was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. The food was good, and the beds were comfortable. My husband and I loved the hotel.

Great hotel and great service. Not close to the busier parts of Kyoto but definitely worth it. Amazing bathroom, tub, and big king bed! I’ll definitely recommend it forward.
