I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I’ve been using motel 6 for decades due to it being a pet friendly establishment. The problems started the moment I walked into my room. It had an overwhelming odor from what smelled like a strong cleaning chemical. The smell was so intense that it burned my eyes and irritated my throat. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out, so changing rooms wasn't an option. On top of that, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. I had to turn it off just to try to sleep, which made the room even more uncomfortable. Between the overpowering chemical smell and the lack of a quiet room, I got very little rest. The most frustrating part involved my dogs. Who are older, well trained, and travel the country all the time. When I checked in I explained to the woman that I had my dogs with me and asked about leaving them in the room while I attended my niece's graduation the next two mornings. She told me it would be noted that my dogs were in the room and specifically told me that housekeeping does not enter rooms unless guests request service. Because of that, she said there was no need to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I relied on the instructions given to me by this woman. When I returned from the graduation the next morning, I found myself locked out of my room. No one had called me, texted me, or made any attempt to contact me, even though my dogs and all of my belongings were still inside. I had to go to the front desk just to find out what was happening. To make matters worse, the male employee who eventually let me back into my room refused to tell me the name of the manager or even identify the person who had checked me in the day before. That made an already frustrating/scary situation feel even more unprofessional and evasive. I called back two days later asking the overnight employee who checked me in on Wednesday.

Property was clean and close to my work and groceries, coffee shops. One of the staff member at the second time she knew I am coming, and she recognized me, which is great thing.

Wir hatten eine Suite . Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein Wanne mit Whirlpool. Eine große begehbare Dusche. Zur Toilette leider keine Tür. Sonst wirklich schön Frühstück war auch ok.. Ein ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal.
