A lot of the furniture in the room was either broken, rotten from water damage, or chipped off. One bed was made the other was half made.

Location, breakfast and staff were top notch! Housekeeping and maintenance were also very professional. I think we encountered at least one person from each department in two days. All of the amenities were great! The pool was cold but the hot tub was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we’re in this area. We had a minor hiccup upon check in but Jessica handled it very quickly and professionally. This listing and the Hyatt website showed this place to have an indoor heated pool. That in incorrect. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they assured us it would be fixed.

The noise was a lot. We were in room 531 right beside a “staff only” area and I don’t know what they were doing both mornings at 6:30 but it woke up our whole room. We had to get a fan for the second night to help drown out the noise. It helped a little but still noisy.
