Hyggelig hotell med god service, enkelt å bli kjørt til bussstoppet og ta bussen til byer i nærheten, veldig god bruschetta til lunsj og fint pool og god tilgang til havet.

Booked via hotels.com. While booking, it wasn’t quite clear due to the Italian description that the rooms are located in a completely different building, the building 15 minute walk away, downhill/uphill (they said they offer car service, but after sending the messages nobody responded) Hotel punta Chiarito shouldn't offer those rooms under the same hotel name, because during the booking process, the pictures clearly show images from the main hotel location Also deducting a star due to the room condition, the showers had black mold on the tiles, outside, there was unkept grass, (hopefully) rabbit poop, and plenty of mosquitoes I asked the Hotel for a refund of 2 of the 3 nights, however they refused

Fabulous location. Stunning views. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of poolside areas as well as peaceful areas. Thermal pools a real treat. The food is exceptional

service in restaurants was a bit slow on a few occasions.

Es ist wunderschön gelegenes Hotel auf dem Felsen,mit traumhafter Blick auf das Meer, Capri,St.Angelo. Das Pool,Grote, Frühstückraum, Restaurant,sehr schön. Nicola, Hotelbesitzer und sein gesamtes Team sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit.

This hotel is extremely hard to get to. From ferry landing you must hire a car to hotel which takes about 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly at check in but went downhill from there. A lot of confusion about where to eat breakfast vs dinner vs lunch. I know this has to do with language barrier and I accept that but the attitude from staff was offended that we didn’t make breakfast reservations (we had no idea we needed to). The “a la carte” dinner ( your only option if you did not make reservations) is barely passable food. The pasta was literally hard ( took al dente to a whole new level) and very focused on seafood and rabbit dishes. The tomatoes were very delicious as was the bruschetta. The hotel is potentially magical. They are very pet friendly (dogs and cats everywhere) and thermal pools below although be ready for quite a hike. The rooms were very sterile with cold tile and metal furniture. They have a lovely grotto / pool which was wonderful. At check out we could not find anyone to formally check out. This is concerning when you are trying to get back to ischia to catch the ferry.

とにかくロケーションが素晴らしく、またプール施設も素晴らしかった。ソルジェート湾の温泉もすぐ近くで大変気持ちよかった。

車を持っていないとこの場所にアクセスするにはバスと徒歩20分以上が必要です。なお、帰りはシャトルバスでパンザまで送ってくれます。
