Personale cortese, ultra disponibile. La struttura dell'hotel è bella con piscine termali idromassaggio, sauna, spa. Ci siamo veramente rilassati. E che dire della cucina? Eccezionale. È da consigliare e soprattutto ci ritornerò

the location is incredible, immerse in the nature on one of the most beautiful bays in Ischia. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful with all our requests, even going the extra mile suggesting places around the island and allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception while we enjoyed the swimming pool after the checkout. we also changed our booking due to a storm coming to the island delaying it for a few days, they promptly accepted our change. the rooms are very comfortable, we stayed at " villa caterina" which is separate from the main structure of the resort, we had a moped so it was very easy to move from one place to another.

the only thing we didn't like, which is really a small thing compared to how much we enjoyed our time at the resort, is the fact they only have boiled eggs for breakfast, while for different kinds of eggs there is a surplus to pay, but the breakfast is still amazing and there is fresh oranges to make the best orange juice we ever had !

Personnel très accueillant, cuisine très bonne avec produits de la maison, cadre exceptionnel, magnifique, piscines d’eau chaude très agréables. Magnifique séjour, nous recommandons vivement.

So for my opinion, this is expensive hotel but because is very nice location, for me doesn't make sense in the breakfast included you asking to extra charge for the eggs o some part of the breakfast, other things I'm was a little said, I have a reservation for the restaurant and I booked a table outside the first on the left, and when we arrived the metre waters said we give you other table i said but we choose other he said you can't choose because we don't offer this service, and also other costumers booked this table 1 mount ago, so you tell me you don't get the booking for the specific table and you get one month before the booking for a specific table very funny. And no professional from the manager of the waters

Piscina stupenda vista mozzafiato

La location della struttura è tra le migliori mai viste… il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile, a parte qualche piccola incomprensione. Il ristorante e la cantina sono il valore aggiunto della struttura con cibo fresco e ottimo. Per via del mal tempo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della discesa alla baia di Sorgeto ma le piscine sono state un ottimo sostituto… soprattutto quella privata di Villa Caterina dove abbiamo alloggiato. Peccato essere scivolato sulle scale di una delle piscine. Il servizio navetta tra le strutture impeccabile, come i ragazzi che lavorano al Punta Chiarito.

Ho alloggiato a Villa Caterina. Abbastanza privata, con piscina personale della piccola struttura e in pratica era usata solo da noi… quindi molto comoda, peccato per il Wi-Fi presente solo sul terrazzino della camera e non all’interno della stessa… la vera pecca della villa… Le piscine devono avere più sicurezza nella discesa e salita in acqua visto che presentando attenzione sono comunque scivolato sulle scale in mattonella… molto doloroso 😅 Il suggerimento che do è quello di rimodernare le camere di Villa Caterina che risultano molto datate nell’aspetto!
