The trips started with them putting us in their “sister” hotel claiming it was the same hotel and telling us we should have understood that. Completely insane experience trying to argue with them explaining that a sister hotel 7 min car ride away that is not what we booked is insane. At the sister hotel we also met other guest equally surprised so this hotel has made this their business model. Hotel overall small rooms and quite run down, the restaurant in the Tiara hotel is really good. Jellyfish by the water when you swim so be aware. Will not book again.
