Tiara Miramar Beach Resort

Breakfast was good but not brilliant for the price of €195 per person minus taxes. I have stayed in a lot more luxurious hotels in the world and the breakfast indeed food was expensive. Thankfully included in the room rate with room drinks also included. The hotel is remote so you need a car and it is remote. On the plus the staff were particularly good especially the front of house staff who could not help you enough. I priced this IHG against the Carlton in Cannes and it was more expensive.

Restaurants in the surrounding area are closed in the evening so we had limited selection if none unless we drove. The hotel restaurant food was limited especially the lunch menu which was repeated in the evening. The local harbour shops and restaurants closed, so becareful what time in the season you book.

We booked this hotel for our daughter’s 22nd birthday and college graduation celebration. About 4 days before check in I sent an email confirming our stay and arrival time. I was informed we had been moved to a sister hotel because they had labor this hotel for our stay. We had booked and paid 50% deposit up front 9 months prior. We were very disappointed. They did not communicate to us at all. They just said we moved you to another property. We had wanted a beach vacation and were sent to their hotel on the hill. No beach or water access. They did send us to a beach club to spend $200 of our own money on a day at the beach. They upgraded us to junior suites which was nice. Staff were nice but the young people who worked there couldn’t even open a wine bottle. My husband had to show him and do it for him. The front desk staff were often on personal calls for 30-40 minutes at a time. You just had to wait to get their attention. They must be the owners children or something. Buyer beware of this hotel group. I would not recommend. There are nicer hotels in this very high price point. They likely have better service as well.

Amazing place!

A beutiful hotel with great views and good service. A nice small beach, pool and beachfront restaurant. Rooms and large and many overlook the bay. The team - Irina, Anush, Svetlana have been very helpful (thank you ladies). Im happy with the experience. Perhaps the only small issue is that its 20-30 min drive from Cannes and 45 min to St Tropez
