"This Hampton needs better staff training in communication skills and a better pesticide service."

The location was convenient

We found bed bugs in the bed and took pictures to show the staff and the staff told us they weren't able to refund us and we didn't even go and stay there we just walked in and looked at the bed and saw the bed bug and left with a 5 month old little baby girl and had to stay in our car until we were able to find a hotel on a limited income due to The Hampton staff and hotel not refunding as soon as possible for us to find a cleaner, safer place to stay with our little Baby granddaughter. I'm very upset and completely disappointed in The Hampton's behavior towards this whole situation. We've usually mostly always stayed in a Hampton but we have never had this experience or do I think we might plan on staying at one again. Due to the staff and disappointment of the sanitation of the hotel.

"No bathroom privacy"

Rooms are clean but rooms are set up weird. If you are self conscious of anyone hearing you in the bathroom this is not the place for you. Our first room had an obnoxiously loud air conditioning unit but the staff was very friendly in changing our room.
