"Good"

Great staff. Big room.

The gave us a card where it says there’s a lot of robbery around. Really bad breakfast, we went one hour before it ends and they didn’t refilled food.

"Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast, and great front desk staff!"

I booked my hotel for the wrong night like a fool, but the front desk associate was able to help me change it without much trouble on very short notice. Great service from the front desk!

Very close to the highway, so the traffic noise can be a little loud during rush hour. It wasn't bad at all overnight though.

"Fresh Renovation Nice Area"

I enjoy the location of this Property, close to UTSA and Wurzbach w lots of shopping/restaurants nearby. Since my last visit, the Property has been renovated and new ownership has taken over. Raj, the GM, is very attentive and guest-oriented. Raj has selected two great Front Desk reps in Sid and Dinesh, and both guys greeted me warmly everyday and respected my Status by honoring my Requests during my 5-night stay. The Property is now cashless, including Guest Laundry. Beer and wine for sale in suite shop. Fitness Center w Peloton is in good shape. My room was quiet and comfortable; new streaming TVs. Again, the location of the Property is great and the Service by Raj, Sid, and Dinesh is Excellent.

"Exceptional staff and service"

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. My husband had eye surgery and needed to rest and since the surgery was early in the day, we request and early check in and staff was very helpful in achieving this request. Exceptional staff and service.

"Not a pleasant experience"

The location was not very comfortable, and the reception experience was quite disappointing. There was no warm welcome, and even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided for guests. The room was average at best, with rusty mirrors and restroom doors that did not lock properly. The complimentary breakfast was below expectations, with most items either empty or not replenished, and no staff available to assist. Overall, it did not reflect the standard one would expect from a Hilton property.
