Very good

It was just ok. The rooms need updating badly. The box spring was uncovered and ripped. The mattress could be improved.

I've stayed here before but this time was pretty bad. No hot water and a bad A/C unit. Front desk staffer was not really helpful.

It was good and comfortable. All the staff was great especially at check in. Very painless. Thanks

This hotel looks to be remodeled, cheaply. Wasn't sure I was at a working hotel when I got there. Took 20 plus mins to get checked in. I was the only check in, front desk was busy with FedEx. Receptionist was super sweet. Apologetic. Originally had reservations for a week, but I couldn't handle much more after a couple days, so I changed hotels. Just wasn't comfortable and didn't feel particularly safe. I don't plan to ever stay again. Def NOT worth the price. If you're going to pay that amount, find a diff hotel.

we got here late after 12 hours of driving. we checked we had a dog when we made our reservation, but i guess they missed it. after lugging our luggage, dog, and an infant up to our room, we are immediately greeted with small ROACHES (meaning there’s MORE that are unseen). upon getting to our room, they called us back down to charge us $100 for the dog. understandable, but a bit steep for a ROACH INFESTED hotel. we paid but this place is DISGUSTING. the halls are HOT, HUMID, and STINK. their sinks don’t drain, carpets have a nasty crunch throughout, beds dip in the middle, WI-FI DOESN’T WORK. they offered to move us to a different room, but if we hadn’t had been so exhausted, i would have cancelled the whole reservation. i am not going to even bother with their breakfast. if they have small roaches in their rooms, i can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. ew. it’s a decent stay for what it is: a pit stop, but for the price point, cleanliness, and pet fees, it is NOT WORTH IT. you’re better off staying at a motel.

The kitchen, room size, and setup. The shower was great! The room was clean and comfortable.

The Roku TV! We were told we could use the Live TV app, it never did open a tv program other than the news. The bed could use an update, but I was so tired it didn't matter.

the dishwasher collect water and gave a burning smell when we tried to use it, we turned it off, and told front desk at check out. The Some of the dishes were dirty when we first used them.
