"It was completely horrible! I did not like it at all! I wished I could get my money back!"

The property is directly behind where my mother lives. So it's very convenient.

The night attendant wasn't very friendly at all! When asking questions she gave a rude response without any knowledge of anything! The rooms weren't checked by any staff before we arrived! Room 434 had no A/C! The next room 425 had a filthy toilet with remnants of feces under the rim of the toilet! The microwave did not work! I was very disappointed and I was there for my brother's funeral! I spent a total of over 500 within the times I've stayed there!

We have stayed here before and always appreciate the service, breakfast, comfort, and proximity to our event location. A few things we were disappointed about this stay compared to the last included food that was left in the fridge prior to our arrival, empty toilet paper, and our initial request to be on the first floor not being received. I did ask for this to be changed upon our arrival and it was, but the initial request was obviously not received when we booked. We were also unimpressed with the lack of cleanliness of the room in addition to food being left in the fridge and empty toilet paper upon our arrival.
