The view from the villa was good.

1. Very poor quality of food. We ordered in room dining, food seemed tired and not very tasty. Breakfast was a pitiful selection even compared to other hotels in this same tier like Shanti Maurice 2. Boat house staff was unable to communicate properly. One day we were supposed to come at 9am for our boat ride, and then next day it was oh I meant come to understand when the boat will be available, at 9am. 3. Pool in the villa was very badly maintained, nobody cleaning the leaves 4. Turn down service happened at 9 30 pm! That's one of the latest turn down services i have experienced. 5. Extremely overpriced. Not worth 9.0 rating. More like a 7.5 rated hotel.
