Hôtel a taille humaine, loin des resorts 5* « usine et industriel » qu’on peut expérimenté dans le sud. Confort, intimité, tranquillité. Tout ce qu’on recherche pour ce type d’hôtel. Villas magnifiques. Largement mieux que certains hôtels avec 300 personnes.

Peut-être rendre les excursions via la conciergerie mieux organisé. Dommage de pas capitaliser la dessus.

Villa comfortable dans un endroit calme. Jardin (fleurs, oiseaux,...) autour de la villa. La piscine est de taille raisonnable. J'ai aimé le fait que le diner du 31 décembre ait été inclus dans le prix. Personnel très aimable qui nous a envoyé les photos de cette fête.

Localisation - piscine individuelle - le spa et son personnel est absolument incroyable - les restaurants indien et japonais ainsi que leurs personnels sont egalement a la hauteur d’un palace

Petit déjeuner catastrophique, pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles, commande taxi non honorée, attente tres longue au restaurant de plage. D’une manière generale le service n’est pas à la hauteur et effet whaou régulièrement gâchés par plusieurs secteurs loin d’etre en phase avec les ambitions de l’hotel
