This is a great hotel because it has great staff. Could not had better service from start to finish. Delicious breakfast and comfy bed. Lighting in room could have been better but would highly recommend.

The guest rooms were ok but need a refurb. The public rooms were freezing cold. Had to sit in my coat sonetimes. The food was appalling especially Boxing Day lunch when I invited my family. Probably the worst example was a main course bubble and speak ( ordered by 3 of my guests) which was just a pile of mashed potato with a strip of green leaf placed on top. I could go on

Lovely staff, very good service. We had an issue with the room and they compensated without having to request it. Lovely view from the room.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Prices for drinks and food were good. Spa was lovely. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel and setting, used the gym and spa was good to relax before and after work. Decor in the rooms is a bit dated public areas are nice

Have stayed here on msny occasions when visiting family. Good sized rooms and lovely location .

We had no hesting was freezing cold / so didnt sleep The hotel did know about this so they should off put us in a differant room

Lovely pool area and polite staff, unfortunately bins in the rooms had not been emptied from previous guests. Paid for late check out to use the pool area and would say this was worth it. breakfast fresh made and very good.
