Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note, Check in - Room reception on weekdays from 15:00 and on Saturdays and holidays until 18:00. Check Out - On weekdays until 11:00 and on Saturdays and holidays until 14:00. Late check-out fee until Saturday evening & Jewish Holidays evening: 250 NIS – beyond that, a full night charge applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
