התארחנו בכפר הנופש "נופי גונן" במשך 4 לילות באוגוסט האחרון. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת, אזור הבריכה נעים, המקום שלו ויש אווירה נחמדה, נהנו מטיול עששיות. אבל, התאכזבנו מהחדר, ביחס למחיר המאוד גבוה ששילמנו. אמנם היה בחדר ג'קוזי שזו תוספת נחמדה, אבל המקלחת זקוקה לשיפוץ דחוף. לא יותר מדי נקייה ומאוד ישנה. זרם המים לא נעים ודוקר. שולחן סלון חורק, וגם מיטת הילדים הנפתחת חורקת עם כל סיבוב של הילד במיטה, שידות ישנות, שני מזגנים שמגיעים עם שלט אחד שמותאם רק למזגן אחד ולא ניתן לקבל עוד שלט. חדר שבהחלט לא מכבד את המחיר ששילמנו עליו וזה מאוד מאכזב. נשמח לבוא להתארח שוב לאחר שיפוץ.

השירות!!! אין מילים לאדיבות, מענה מהיר ובנועם. בריכה נהדרת, החדרים נקיים ויש כל מה שצריך. אחרי לילה שדרגו אותנו לחדר מדהים (לא בקתת עץ) וזה שידרג את כל הנופש. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, מגוונת, הכל נקי ומתוקתק.

אין פתרון לארוחת ערב ואין משלוחי אוכל למקום. לדעתנו צריכה להיות אפשרות לארוחת ערב או לעשות שת"פ עם מישהו חיצוני שתהיה אפשרות. אנחנו עם ילדות קטנות ולא רצינו לנסוע כל ערב. באיזור של בקתות העץ היו המון נמלי אש, חייבים הדברה בתדירות גבוהה

We liked the very good breakfast, good veriaty, quality and quantity , nice quiet place with very nice swimming pool! Close proximity nature walks! Little grocery shop on site and ev charching!

Lack of cloth hooks and towl racks and lack of chairs. Independent Restaurant on site poor quality and veriaty of food.

The cabins are great, a lot of space, pool was awesome

wish they had more cooking accessories.. no cutting board or microwave.
