Coast Grimshaw Hotel & Suites

This time and my last 2 other times I stayed here, the pool and hot tub were not working, and i was charge full price for my room. This last time I was there, both TV's in the room did not work. I got changed to a new room and the door was open and I didn't need a key to get in. The security bracket for the latch was missing. On my third room, the security latch was missing, the shower had what looked like black mold. The water spout was loose and needs to be secured to the wall. The breakfast needs to be relooked at as there was either cereal, toast or muffins. The Apple juice water to watery. I am going to go back to my second choice for hotels in Peace River.

Bed was not soft. The pool area was not in operation at all.

The ac is not working properly. But the staff were fantastic.

This hotel is always a convenient stop on our travel south. Staff is always very lovely and helpful. The rooms are exactly what we appreciate, having a separate room for our son to sleep.

Room smelled terrible and damp - hole in the bathroom ceiling.

Property needs some maintenance, and upkeeping, pipes loose and leaking.lots a small repairs needed. Breakfast was just small quick and go stuff no hot food. But nice size parking lot. Got some good space for dogs to run around outside. And a full kitchen. Would stay again.

This location is always clean. The only thing not satisfactory is it has the pool and hot tub advertised online, on the sign out front and the pool is empty with no timeline on repair for the pool or hot tub.

It was very easy to check in and out. The complementary breakfast in the morning had a good variety. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was quite quiet.

One of the reasons why I booked this property was for the pool and the pool has actually been drained and is under maintenance with no date of when it will open up again. I think this is very misleading and the property needs to update their booking information. The hotel is in need of some TLC. My tub and bathroom sink did not drain well so the tub would start to fill up while you were having a shower. The fireplace was really loud when you tried to turn it on, but it did not work even though it sounded like it was trying to work. The microwave light did not work either.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good.
