Staff - Upon check wasn't very friendly and after leaving my initial review than proceeded to call me and complain that I didn't think she was friendly. The call to my room was at 10:15pm when I had a small child in the room trying to sleep. She said I am sick what do you expect. I travel almost weekly and have never had such a terrible experience with a front end staff ever. The gentleman upon check-out was absolutely fantastic, the lady should take a note out of his book in how to be in Customer Service. I literally didn't want the staff in my room as I was fearful of what they might do. To say I will never be back is an understatement and I was very clear to tell anyone that this place should not be stayed. If I could have found a room else where I would have gladly left

Nice quiet gem in grimshaw. Only complaint is the rooms are too hot. And the ac wasn’t working fully in March, understandably, but it made for quite a disrupted sleep with the room being too hot

Pool was closed due to poor maintenance of the roof. I was charged 3 times the amount of money at check in than I should have been. Shower head and tap in shower were coming right off. Shower curtain ripped and stained. No cleaning services. Was told to come and get towels and toilet paper. They told my 70 year old mom to take her own garbage to the dumpster outside. We rented a conference space and when we arrived were told we could only stay until 11. No hot water from room sinks. Keys NEVER worked. Microwaves don’t work. Do not stay here!

Great place to stay. Rooms are huge, breakfast was great.

It was a snowy day but we could get around ok. Only issue we found was the handicap parking was full of non handicapped vehicles. Easy to check in and check out and a very nice room. We will stay there again in the future

Check in was frustrating and took a long time. Hot tub not in service and was looking forward to using it. Would have been nice to be notified that it was undergoing service. Breakfast was poor. Waffle machine didn't work well. Not much selection. Beds were not comfortable and had no comforters. Only thin sheets and the Heating control is terrible with only the PTAC to temper the space.
