Riad Pacha Palace

Initially, we were assigned a different room than the one we expected or had booked. After two nights, this was corrected, and we were moved. The bathroom in the first room was in noticeably rough shape, while the second room was much better, both in terms of the bathroom and the overall décor. The room on the second floor matched what we had expected based on the photos. The staff at the Riad were genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and the courtyard is absolutely stunning. There was no issue with us getting breakfast to-go.

The garden is unfortunately not well maintained, and because of that, no one seemed to use it. In the middle of the garden there is a jacuzzi that appears to be broken and certainly not cleaned, which affects the overall atmosphere of the space. The lighting in both bathrooms needs improvement. We often had to use our phone lights to see properly. The bathroom in the ground‑floor room, in particular, requires renovation as soon as possible. Breakfast was a bit inconsistent. Although the selection was the same each day and the bread was always fresh, the quality of the pancakes varied noticeably from day to day. It’s also worth noting that the restaurant, hammam, and coffee shop are not located in the same building as the rooms. They are situated in a different riad, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Un po' trascurato il bagno e le finestre,....a livello proprio di lavori da fare

Отличное месторасположение. Есть около рияда большой платный паркинг, так что отлично для туристов, путешествующих на машине. Холл очень традиционный и красивый. Завтраки неплохие, но все время одно и то же.

Изначально мы заказали роскошную комнату, но по приезду получили ужасную комнату с плесенью и зпахом влажности. Она была расположена на последнем этаже и там было невозможно оставаться трое суток, тем более мы были с ребенком. Мы попросили поменять нам комнату и я показала, какая именно была забронирована в букинге, но нам дали другую комнату, опять же совсем не соотвутсвующую брони и фотографиям и к тому же она была двухместная, а не трехместная, как мы заказавыли. Они предложили отменить букинг и забронировать заново, чтобы вернуть стоимость трехместной, но так как это было бы долго и неудобно, я попросила просто мне вернуть разницу наличными. Они отказались. Комната была не очень комфотрная. Ночью все время свет горел от стороны медины и было слышно все, что происходит на улице. К тому же в комнате было холодно и в последний день не было горячей воды.

There bad smell in the rooms

Ontbijt was prima. Ruim voldoende en ook lekker traditioneel.

Er was veel achterstallig onderhoud in de kamer en mogelijk het gehele pand . Door een oude lekkage bij het dak kwam de verf los van de muur en rook het wat muffig. Stopcontacten los in de muur en kast planken misten drager zodat het geheel wankel is. Kortom er moet een handyman eens flink door het gebouw om dit soort kleine onnodige ongemakken op te lossen. Dak terras was eigenlijk niet bruikbaar door alle rommel en zou even goed opfrist moeten worden.

Muy acogedor, el personal excepcional, muy atento y amable. Te ayudan en todo.

Super mooie locatie aan de rand van de medina. Vlakbij een bewaakte parking. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is heerlijk en de laatste dag vertrokken we vroeg en lag een een ontbijt pakket voor ons klaar. De kamer is super mooi en sfeervol. Net als de hele riad.
