Camera molto grande le pulizie venivano eseguite tutti i giorni sostituzioni dei prodotti e asciugamani tutti i giorni..il personale che mi seguiva è stato perfetto disponibile e attento

Niente di insoddisfacente.... però suggerirei di migliorare l'illuminazione del bagno....un bollitore elettrico in camera con te caffè e tisane....un deodorante per ambienti

Personál byl velmi přátelský nápomocný. Společné prostory riádu jsou velmi fotogenické, člověk si připadá jako Churchill

Pokoj byl naopak hrozný. Špína, špatně uklizeno, koupelna by nutně potřebovala rekonstrukci, ale co hůř - nebylo čerstvé ložní prádlo - našli jsme na polštáři vlasy.

Le petit déjeuner

Notre chambre ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui était décrit. Elle n'avait pas de fenêtre aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires, l'armoire était inutilisable, la salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite complètement. Nos amis avaient une chambre bien meilleur état alors qu'ils ont payé moins cher l'hôtel.

"Bellissimo riad ma con qualche dettaglio da migliorare"

Struttura davvero splendida, sembra un piccolo museo per quanto è curata. Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazioni abbondanti e possibilità di avere anche take away per le escursioni.

Prezzo sopra la media di Fez, anche se in parte giustificato. Bagno stretto e abbastanza scomodo. Nota negativa sulla gestione della tassa di soggiorno: pagata all’arrivo, ma mi è stata richiesta di nuovo prima del check-out, creando una situazione poco piacevole.
