"Hyatt Rooms"

Hotel rooms need updating asap because there are scratches on the furniture, the tv is smack dab in the center of the room and not very convenient. Therooms r old and have an odor to them. They have old showers ceiling had patch jobs through out and we were on the 5th floor.

Breakfast was ok. A little more variety would have been better.

The TV was not a Smart TV. Direct TV was the provider. Would've liked the option to watch Netflix or other streaming providers. Also, there was a shuttle from the hotel to the casino and we weren't informed that it was available to guests. Didn't realize it until our last day of stay.

"Great bang for your buck"

Bed was crazy comfy. Shower had very hot water and good water pressure. Room was quiet (not sure if this was due to one very quiet neighbor across the hall or the fact that our room was right next to the stairwell and a large window separating us from neighbors on the other side).

Breakfast could have had more options and better quality. We were only informed at check in that shuttles to the casinos only run on Fridays and Saturdays, leaving us to drive (we came on a Thursday) but it is a very quick and easy drive to Mohegan.

"I would stay again after a room check..."

We liked the location as it was close to the casino. There was a wonderful buffet style breakfast in the morning. The room was large and the beds comfortable.

After we had settled in I went to the restroom and discovered a dirty wash cloth on the shower rod. I spoke with front desk and was assured it would be cleaned. When we arrived back that evening it was still there. I again spoke with front desk and she was kind, apologized and offered a new room. I found this absolutely disgusting...

"Quiet, clean and location."

Breakfast was good..however remarks between 2 employees(?) was a little out of line for being within earshot of customers. Parking was easy and accessible. Close to our venue. Mohegan Sun Arena Room was very clean. Friendly greeting by person cleaning rooms as we approached our room.

Wasn't anything that we just didn't like at all.
