I have already reached out twice and explained that we were not given the room that we paid for. We needed two queen beds as we were traveling with a boy and a girl who did not want to share a bed. One of them ended up having to sleep on the floor because the hotel said booking.com messed something up and for that reason we had to have one king bed. I was given a refund of $29 from booking.com which I feel is an insult. I was requesting our money back in full since I used this website frequently. I'm disappointed with the outcome. I would expect at least half at this point for me to book through your website again.

"Dingy, dank, dirty, and disappointing"

Much to be desired! The check-in process was biased. I was the only patron asked to present a credit card. We observed for other people and families not being asked to present that. Rooms were dingy hallway curtains ice machines were dingy. The housekeeping although very nice when I asked for a once over in the room, she took the same cloth that she wiped the bathroom with to wipe rest of the room doen 🤢 with it was absolutely nauseating. Not recommended also outside grounds much to be desired. No one disclosed that the shuttle does not run on the weekends—- bizarre.
