I was able to check in early and the hotel was just as I expected. The room faced the park i.e. East so early morning I was able to enjoy the sun rising behind the hills. The hotel staff was very kind as it is usual in Austrian hotels.

Trotz bestätigter booking.com Buchung ud Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor der Anreise bzgl. Zimmerwunsch konnte an der Rezeption dann keine Buchung auf meinen Namen gefunden werden. Mir wurde eine Buchung eines Gastes mit ähnlichen Namen (aus einem anderen Land!) vorgelegt und ich sollte einfach dessen Angaben ausbessern, und durch meine ersetzen und ich hätte bei der Buchung wohl falsche Angaben gemacht...(??!!). Eigentlich hätten wir an der Stelle umdrehen und gehen sollen. So frech wurde ich in den letzten 35 Jahren noch nie in einem Hotel behandelt .. Hotel selbst ist top, sehr gute Lage, Zimmer groß und sauber, Preis sehr fair.
