It was clean but otherwise definitely not a 4 star hotel

No fridge, no slippers, furniture a bot old, the terrace is not well maintained, curtains dirty and dusty, no net at the windows against the bees that they protect in the beehives on the terrace. So a lot of minuses, 8 is even a too high score.

Location.

The sink in the room was clogged, and despite reporting it to the receptionist, the problem was not fixed in a few hours of my absence in the evening, and only after I intervened again was the room changed. The evening receptionist was not up to the task. The tables at breakfast were very poorly cleaned (lots of crumbs) when the previous guests left.
