Microtel by Wyndham Puerto Princesa

Really great seaside location, but no where near Puerto Princesa. I want to commend Harry Bedey in particular. He found my Raymond Weill watch and returned it. An honest man. A rare and beautiful thing. I would happily stay at the hotel again. The two queen beds were ample room for a family of 4. One beautiful oddity. The beach in more like a shelf. You will be able to walk out about 600 m before getting your thigh wet. The warmest water I have ever felt on my skin, but at the same time, really cool.

Worth your money. Beach front and has its own pool. Relaxing environment, but you should put on insect repellent because of the sand mites (which naturally live in mangrove areas and beach). Overall, i would recommend this hotel to those who want a relaxing environment (beach front and quiet) but also 'relatively near' the city / airport.

Was welcomed by name by the staff at hotel reception. The beach and pool was as I remember it. Nice peaceful spot away from the hussle and bussle of Puerta Princessa. Room was clean and comfortable. TV worked well. AC was nice but a tad too loud. Shower had good pressure and all amenities were available. Safe in the room allowed us to put our valuables in a safe area.

This hotel is great. You literally walk out your door and are on the beach. Great hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. The only down side is the WiFi is terrible. If you need to get work done or check emails forget it. But if you want to get away this is the place for you.

Everything was great. The gift of the bottle of wine On our Anniversary was kind and thoughtful. It was a 1st. We stayed at Sheridan on our honeymoon, and got Nothing lol. My only issue. The restaurant. Breakfast Buffet the food was cold especially the rice. They had burner turned off. Finally on my last morning I ask for hot rice and they turned it back on. Eggs cooked to Order were great. I'd revisit again. Staff was super thoughtful.

I believe I got a reduced rate so the value for the resort was superb. The place is clean and well kept, with a great location on the waterfront with a large sandy bank and mangrove shoreline to enjoy. I would gladly go back, the sunrise view was stunning.

Microtel is a comfortable hotel in Palawan that has exquisite and breathtaking views of the ocean and sunrise. Absolutely picture perfect! They have very hospitable and friendly staff that's always there to assist us in our needs. I recommend this place and would visit again in the near future.

Only stayed 3 nights, we love that we have the ocean view . It's a family vacation nine of us and it's priceless to observed our kids and their spouses having fun and just hanging out under the coconut trees. And if we need to go to town, shuttle is available. However , I think the hotel needs some make over, but can't complain with the prize.
