The room was warm despite adjusting the room temperature settings. Did not had an issue with the previous room I used a month ago.

Rent och fräscht, stort badrum, bra dusch och rymligt rum.

Läget känns lite off, men jag valde det eftersom jag ville ha hyfsat nära till tågstationen New Street. Finns AC men den fungerade inte alls, trots att personalen kom och ”rättade till”. Det förblev +29 i rummet, vilket verkligen drar ner betyget.

"Excellent value for money"

Clean ,comfortable room. Excellent shower and environmentally friendly products. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the hot food was frequently refreshed or replaced. One of the best breakfasts we have had in a hotel. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Surprised that there was an on-site restaurant which had good food though only a small menu. Less than 10 minutes walk from the station.

"Good value for money with some areas to improve"

Location great and room clean

Air con didn’t work, staff did provide fan. Tv kept turning off. Bed comfort and extra pillows would improve room
