No one is présent except at breakfast, too few tables for breakfast, noise boulevard in front of the hotel

Amazing location, super clean and the staff is great. They even kept the room ready for early check in, without even requesting it.

I've written other reviews addressing the irks, but they're mostly minor (apart from one). But the key thing for me is - I travel to Birmingham many times a year and I will always stay here if I can. For me the combination of location, hotel itself and the price are unbeatable. Yes I think the upstairs lounge was much better before because it had character - but it's still nice. Just a bit...bland. Staff are lovely, beds are comfy, air con works very well, not very noisy and a great location. What more do you need?

Code entry for room doors is an awful idea, especially one that requires a NINE character code (including * and #). Extractors in the bathroom aren't the best at clearing the fog from a shower, to put it mildly. That's it though....

Easy location good price nice comfortable rooms bed was super comfortable and shower was great.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was parking nearby and it was only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the breakfast.
