Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We needed extra towels and it was no problem to get those. They have free water at the reception. The location ist also great, close to Birmingham New Street and Bullring

Staff are helpful, clean and good location. Vending machines for night cravings. Location is convenient, gas station, convenient store and ATM within 3min walk.

No private parking. The parking lot opposite the hotel does not have a surveillance camera, posing a potential risk to your car.
