Op loopafstand van openbaar vervoer. Ruime kamer, prima ontbijt met veel keus. Vriendelijk personeel. Birmingham was voor mij een 1-daagse tussenstop, en dit hotel is daarvoor prima geschikt!

Niets. Was boven verwachting.

"Good breakfast but inconvenient experience"

Very nice breakfast and proximity to the city centre.

I arrived late at night, the toilet and bathroom had no soap or shower gel and my door password was not working. It took me half an hour extra to get this sorted (I was already very exhausted from a long trip). Next day I found out there was no iron available at the hotel. I was given instead a 'steamer' which didn't really iron any of my shirts and even stained one of them as it was spilling some kind of thick dark liquid.

La chambre. L'emplacement

Les portes qui claquent. Elles sont lourdes, impossible de les fermer autrement. Donc beaucoup de bruit au regard de la taille de l'hôtel. Le petit déj. Dimanche matin, ils ne remettent rien à partir de 9h15.

Better than expected.. ...clean modern hotel..convenient location ( but in a rundown part off town).. good value for money... however car park charges off £16 a night are not mentioned on booking .com.. sneaky......

Hidden car park charges... Not known about until u arrive🙁🙁
