Location was very central to what we wanted to do in the city. Parking was very good but only a couple of spaces, we got a space 😀 Breakfast was really good

Great location. Modern. Spacious room which was spotless. Reception was friendly and the breakfast was good. All very good value for the centre of Birmingham. I used to stay here when it was the Penta and this one is much nicer.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

very clean and tidy, staff very welcoming. bed was very comfortable. the location was perfect for our visit (5 mins from the train station) plenty of room for us and air conditioning was a great touch. tea making facilities were good. breakfast was brilliant & very good value for money.

only grumble was that there was only one pillow provided and we would have liked 2
