O hotel, localizado em frente à praia num trecho da orla menos movimentado, tem instalações simples, sem luxo, mas tudo funcionou muito bem. O quarto é espaçoso. Cama confortável, serviço de quarto diário. O café da manhã é padrão americano (biscuits, bagels, pancakes, muffins). Equipe de funcionários muito simpática.

A água ficava empossada dentro do box (banheira) durante o banho.
