Stay waa good. Checked in late left early due to the nature of the trip. But room was nice. Had a king size with studio nice and spacious.

When I first walk in to my room I was greeted by the biggest touches I ever seeing , they gave me another room and guess what there was another Rouch

When I tried to check in the desk clerk said their computer system and phones were down and unable to pull up my reservation. They had went ahead and sold all rooms out using manual registration for other guests. They DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS LEFT. I HAD TO GET A ROOM AT ANOTHER LOCATION IN ANOTHER TOWN. I WANT MY ROOM CHARGES REFUNDED IN FULL ASAP.

Front desk staff was rude. I was hollered at because I said there was no ice. She snapped at me until I showed her the empty bag. No ice machines were functional at all. Breakfast was very limitec due to a broken fan. Been Hilton Honors members for several decades. This was a very disappointing stay. Will certainly reconsider staying at a Hilton properties in the future

I had a 30’ trailer and was able to park in back with no problem

Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly.

Was quite , but then again arrived late but for what I needed it was just right

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, going to and back from our trip. We also stayed here last year on our same trip. Both times ALL the ice machines were out of order. We were told that they have never been fixed the last two years. The second problem is NO air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area or front office and none in laundry room. We had to take our food back to the room to eat. This hotel is in Texas and it is really HOT. Guests AND employees should not have to be subjected to this. There are a LOT of other places to stay in Kilgore Tx. Hampton should NOT have their name on this establishment

Location is easily accessible. Quiet. Close to businesses in the area
