Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kilgore

We are regular Hampton Inn travelers and have to say thar this was the worst we have stayed at. Broken elevator, NONE of the ice machines worked, no air conditioning in the main/breakfast area, cockroaches, smoky smell. The front desk person told us that many things are broken and they just don't fix or replace them. So disappointing.

Great service and comfy rooms!

Always stay at the Hampton when I come to town. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Beds are super comfy.

Location was great and within easy access to lots of dining options.

Its way to hot in the hotel for the employees definitely need to get that fixed asap! Was put in the wrong room but the room was clean, staff was nice and thank god the air worked in the rooms atleast!..

Roaches. Very outdated. Bathroom was disgusting. The only good thing was I work nights and they allowed me to check in early. But I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

No ice in the building Got up at 4:00 am to take shower was no hot water.

Limited view from the highway making ingress and egress to the hotel dangerous. Signage was blocked from highway.

Great staff.

This hotel was nice, service was so friendly and the room comfortable. The decor had been updated and everything was very clean. My only complaint was the only outdoor seating area was small, for smoking and not shaded in anyway. Even in the mornings, east Texas is hot and a little shade would have been nice especially since I’m outside person it would have been a nice amenity. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
