The way to get to the hotel was strange as you had to go through a strip centers parking lot

Carpets, and sofa were stained and dirty. Bed sheets on one of the beds were stained.

The fire alarm going off at 5am
USIt was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Laura in the breakfast area was exceptional. I told her that if everyone had her work ethic it would be a great world.
We returned to our room around 7:30 at night to find a note that our room had not been cleaned due to a do not disturb sign on the door. I called the front desk and was told that they were understaffed and only had 3 housekeepers that day. I could handle the bed not being made but they should have at least left fresh towels.
