USStaff was friendly, especially night staff. Bed appeared clean.
Mud stains on carpet right beside bed. It's the first thing you notice and really sets the tone for the room. Loveseat looked dingy. Breakfast was just ok. Mostly cold and bland. I watched them cleaning the vents in the food prep area during breakfast hours. Seems as though they would wait until after for that.
USEveryone was super nice. I always like that every Holiday Inn has baked cookies. You feel welcome there. And Barbara was so friendly and kind doing the morning breakfast.

The indoor pool was not heated. The breakfast was not up par with other Holiday Inn breakfasts. The oatmeal was not fully cooked. The biscuits were hard.
