Very nice and very clean. Could use more parking space. Got in late and couldn't find a space available
USWe had 2 small children and were told that they were 2 loud by the staff when we were trying to get them to bed
The staff coming to knock on my door to tell my the kids were to loud after they had already stopped crying making them cry again
USThe property was amazing. Extremely nice staff, very clean, best breakfast, my favorite was having 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed as well. Had a laundry facility right outside our room and enjoyed sitting outside at the tables. The staff went above and beyond to talk with my children and make sure we were taken care of. The morning breakfast cook (I’m terrible at name) was the most friendliest and my children really enjoyed talking with her. She deserves an employee of the month award. (She is the grandma to a girl named Lilly) Enjoyed our stay and will return.

USClean, location, facilities. Entire staff was extremely helpful!
Staff friendly. Lamp not plugged in and could not plug in. Room noisy and heard person above me walked around all night, frig bussing noise, broken tile in bathroom floor and missing grout. Outside environment backed up into wooded area that was secluded and not lit up very well and few placed to park in front and were taken.
At check and after a very long day, Liz was extremely pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to an excellent stay as always
Everyone was extremely helpful, very clean rooms , everything about this hotel was on point until my next get away I will be staying there again
USI had a wonderful experience celebrating with Gizeh Temple! The staff was absolutely amazing—every single person, from housekeeping to the front desk, went above and beyond. A special shout-out to Liz—she was fantastic! Truly outstanding service all around. Thank you to the entire team!
The staff here are awesome!!!!!!! They are so accommodating and gracious. The amenities are great. The front deat staff are very professional. I highly suggest and recommend this hotel if you are in the Leland NC area.
