Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff

Fabulous room,fabulous breakfast and staff lovely so pleased how near the utility arena it was ,the hotel is lovely and the staff so good will stay again

We stayed here a couple of months ago and had issues. Benefit of the doubt, we decided to stay again. What a mistake that was. Dirty sheets, multiple obvious stains. Smoke detector covered over with a dirty sock, shampoo pots in shower empty. To top it off, the staff did not care one bit, spoke to them at time of visit and emailed them after stay with pictures and our concerns. No response at all.

Incredibly good value - really clean central to Cardiff centre lovely staff , very comfortable bed couldn’t complain about anything !

We enjoyed our previous at the Cardiff Radisson and decided to use it again for a return visit. Unfortunately our recent experience was not as good. We had a nice big room which was fine. However we returned from a day out to find our bed was not made. We also could not find a hairdryer. We reported both issues to the desk and received a quizzical look about the first issue. With regards to the hairdryer we were told we could have obtained one by ringing reception. This sounded pretty inconvenient to me! Also I’m sure on our last visit there were facilities to make a hot drink but this time there were none. All in all nowhere near as good as our previous stay and disappointing.
