It’s ok for the price but bring food

Really nice place but a few stains on the sheets and towels but otherwise very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed at xtabi many times over the years and never disappoints. A good switch up from staying at the beach with the best dirty banana drink there is! East to get to and safe. The best place to chill and jump off little cliff too!

Horrible.. The picture shows a room on the water Booked superior room They gave room on back side saying if I wanted an ocean facing room, I would have to pay $60 more. That's a scam. And the window facing the water was so small that one could see the dirty balcony!! I wasted 1 hr discussing with the reception

Restaurant is not good and food little bad

The staff were accommodating but the place itself is rundown. I stayed here a few years ago and it was much better then. Needs improvements

This place is awesome. Nice views and cottage was clean, The service was excellent too, they have a restaurant but the food is expensive and is not that good, also I bought 2 coffees for a price and the next day the same 2 coffees cost me double for no reason, so I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay but not the restaurant.

Its a nice resort but it needs up keeping, and a renovation, but view is amazing, food is amazing and staff are friendly.

Clean, quaint and private place to stay in Negril. There is a pool for use. There are plenty of places to explore close to this property. This property is safe and secure..
