We loved the thermal water pools, as well as walking around the property. Breakfast quality and service was excellent. Having the ability to send cloths for cleaning was also excellent.

We would've like to have more towels that originally provided, but not a big deal because they provided additional towels upon reqwuest.

Comfy beds and hot shower!!! Great location on the main strip in Panajachel. Close proximity to everything (restaurants, shopping, and 10 min walk from the lake). The spas/hot springs were great for relaxing after a long day of adventuring.
